The Process to Cancel Thai Airways Flight Ticket

• Firstly, open any desired web browser and type the URL https://www.thaiairways.com/ in the search bar.
• Then, tap on the FIND MY TRIP category & then, choose BOOKING DETAILS.
• After then, ENTER ID & ENTER PASSWORD. (You may also select the membership option where you need to enter the Membership Number & Surname of the Passenger)
• Press the LOGIN button.
• Now, click on the CANCEL BOOKING option.
• After completing the cancellation process you will get the confirmation email on your registered email id.

What is the cancellation fee?

Thai Airlines is deducting 25% of your ticket cost as a cancellation fee when you cancel ticket before 24 hours of flying time. It will deduct more if you cancel it before 12 hours.

How to get refund for cancelled flights

Company rollback your refund in the same account by which you have made the payment at the time of booking. If you dint want that money in the same account then you can provide them other one when they ask the account number in which you want refund. You will get refund within 24 hours. If you will not get it then you may contact to customer support.
